Room was clean. 4 stars because of the layout of the room being weird. Air conditioning worked great. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the water pressure in the shower was better than all 3 other hotels we stayed at this week.

I was very impressed with the standard of housekeeping during my stay. The bedroom was impeccably clean, and it was refreshing to walk into a space that smelled neutral and airy rather than being masked by heavy perfumes or stale odors. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing environment.

We loved our stay! The hotel is simple, but so clean. Beds were very comfortable and the bedding was soft and perfect. Friendly staff and easy access by train or Uber to the convention center.

Moxy Charlotte Downtown
The staff seemed bothered by our presence. The room smelled like they used old mop water for the floors.

HYATT house Charlotte/Center City
Staff was super nice and helpful, lobby was nice, breakfast & bar drinks and food was also really good. I do feel like the hotel need to renovate their bathroom & tvs in the rooms though. Nevertheless, it was a great stay. Will stay again !
