This is my 2nd yr staying at this hotel and I am not disappointed. The rooms are clean, the front desk is always amazing. Breakfast is great. The only problem we had was we didn't get fresh towels everyday like they said we'd get Other then that it was good

WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Charlotte - Arrowood
Sheets were dirty, there was a roach in the room, floors were not swept, bath towel was dirty and hair on them. The shower was not cleaned properly, I could see hairs on the wall. The sofa and chairs had spots on them, we didn’t even want to sit down.
