The hotel itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant and ate the most incredible meal. Our room was perfect! "Breakfast was great ever time. Did not drive but the valet service seemed very nice. Sadly we could hear just about everything from outside our room. Did see a cockroach inside, just one but yeah. Most of the staff were very nice though. Several doors leading outside but were undetermined if useable. Some were exit only. Not much of a gift shop too and very high prices."
