「It is a very good experience to stay in Varaba Country House. We arrived the airport around 7 pm, and the driver picks us up on time. The house is very nice and new, the driver is so friendly and the dinner prepared by the cook is excellence! Definitely will recommend to friends and re-visit the house. 」

「This a classic old school family operated Greek Hotel. The owner and his family are very kind. Bring mid January by the sea, I was the only guest. My room was clean, quiet and warm. It’s not fancy but very nice. Breakfast was traditional Greek. 」

「Room was dirty, multiple items in need of repair. Someone entered our room one evening after we were in bed sleeping…broken dead bolt on room door!」

「Property is in a very nice and quiet area, short little walk down to the waterfront. Nice pool in the backyard if it was warmer would have enjoyed it but was too early in the season still. Unit is very clean and comfortable for a short stay. Not very central but if you have a car it’s ok. I Would stay here again if visiting Athens. 」

「The hotel is being renovated for peak season, but our first room smells of fresh paint. I appreciate the owner for promptly moving us to a similar but better room. Adding a sliding door or shower curtain would help prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. TV needs upgrade. The transfer service could be improved, as we waited 15–30 minutes for pickups to hotel. On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent with fast service and great food.
