The place itself was nice and clean. Close to the airport which was great. We had booked this hotel hoping to get a shuttle to the airport the following morning. However, when we checked in, the guy informed us the shuttle was full. Was disappointed they didn’t have multiple shuttles or more runs to the airport.

I went to this hotel twice - once on my outgoing trip and once on my incoming. The shuttle was a bit difficult the first time. The 2nd time was much easier and communication with the driver was improved. It would be better if the shuttle had signage on it with the hotel name - but the shuttle serves a few hotels in the area. The hotel is very clean. A bit cheap with the soaps in the bathrooms - a few tiny satchels of "body gel" and two small bars of old fashion soap - but it was sufficient. Coffee capsules in the room is a life saver and the front desk also supplied me with two more. This is great. Quiet, clean, about 10 minutes from the airport. Nice people staff the front office. I would definitely go again.

Clean room. Not much in terms of comfort : tv at a weird angle, shower head didn't stay put, no place to put clothes, absolutely nothing in terms of decoration. Spacious. Staff very nice. Considering that probably most people who rent a room there do it because of its proximity to the airport, it does the job. The shuttle was on time and free. Area is not the prettiest except for the church across who treated us to a bells concert.

We had a tight turn around in Athens and the hotel was great at arranging shuttles to and from the airport to fit our schedule. We were only in the room for about 6 hours, but everything was in order, Staff at the hotel and the shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful.

El personal de la recepción muy atento a pesar de que llegamos muy noche tuvo la paciencia para entregarnos la habitación y explicarnos el procedimiento para el traslado al aeropuerto. El servicio de transporte muy bueno y el personal amable también. Recomiendo este hotel.

I chose to book this place in Athens in part because of their shuttle service. I arrived when it was already dark. Before my flight to Athens, I sent a message through Expedia. They replied asking for additional details, which I provided, but I never received a response. I sent several follow-up messages and still did not hear back. There was no available WhatsApp number to contact. After arriving in Athens, I had to find someone who would allow me to make a call using a local number, as I am a tourist and do not have a Greek phone number. The woman who answered was very unpleasant and claimed that I had not sent any messages, despite my explanation of the situation. She eventually sent me information on how to contact them via WhatsApp and provided written instructions on how to reach the shuttle meeting point. I followed the directions as best as I could, but I was unable to locate the place—the sign was small and not visible. When I called her again, she was impatient and unhelpful. Fortunately, she gave me the driver’s number. He answered calmly and tried to assist me. When he realized that I was lost, he went out of his way—leaving his passengers—to come find me on foot, brought me to the correct location, carried my bags, and helped me as much as he could. For that, I am very grateful.

Excellent in all aspects! The room is a good size with a comfortable bed, expresso machine, tv with many channels, and an air conditioner that worked well and quietly to heat the room. The bathroom is beautiful! Fully tiled walls, big shower with large attached showerhead, and lighted mirror above the sink. Every area was very clean! There is a friendly staff member at the front desk 24 hours a day. The shuttle service back and forth to the airport was wonderful. There was great communication with the property manager and the driver. It is in a wonderful location only 15 minutes south of the airport. A mini market with coffee shop and a restaurant are on the same block. I had a great night's rest and will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area!
