「Helpful staff at front desk and one of them can speak some Chinese. Although my booking was a standard room, they upgraded my room to a luxury one. However, the condition of the outside lane to Hotel is very bad, it was always muddy during my four days staying there.」

「門口在整修所以看起來沒這麼好看，位置就在泰米爾非常方便，因為是在巷子裡面所以很安靜。 飯店人員非常親切，出入都會主動打招呼幫忙開門，櫃台除了英文也能說一點點日文，所以英文太爛會講日文也能溝通。 房間因為是最便宜的房型比較小，但五臟俱全，只是毛巾看起來比較不乾淨，有點小失望。 但整體來說還不錯，一個女生住的安全又很舒適，之後有機會還會入住。」

「I was here for two nights and everything was satisfying. The room is nice in temple style, spacious and very clean. Was looking forward to join their yoga class in the morning, but it was cancelled due to the big tohar festival (which I can understand). I will definitely stay here again if I come to Kathmandu!」

「Soon as checked in to hotel, I call front desk for help. I've had a food already and my face was swollen so bad I couldn't open my eyes. They arrange the ride for me to go emergency room and stay wite me untill everything is done. Mean time the Manager send front desk employee to hospital for help me speak to the doctors and staff. We was stayed in emergency room for almost 3 hours, and thet are treating me as own families. Ot was wonderful experience while traveling. If I going to visit...
