Business travel review

A modern hotel high rise. The AC is set to floor temperature (can’t be changed) so pretty difficult to sleep unless you are happy with a standard 23+ degrees. The windows can’t be opened. The room service menu seemed ok but most of the options were sold out chicken and beef so no way to tell on the quality.

Terrible experience for spending $350 per night. The room I booked through Expedia has wrong description and photos and this hotel couldn’t do anything for their own mistakes. I ended up staying in a different types of room from the website description and photos Stay away!

酒店各方面都很高水準，員工服務態度也甚好，唯一缺點是當我 check out 時，前台正幫我辦退房手續期間，有一位中年男士連向我致歉也沒一聲很沒禮貌的硬擠到我旁邊向幫我辦退房手續的職員詢問事情，問的事不是短短一兩句話，也不是急事，卻長篇大論的繼續向該職員發問，完全忽視我的存在。在此情況下，我覺得您們職員應該請他排隊及稍等，或請示我可否先幫那位中年男士，而不是毫無表示，讓他聊個夠後才繼續幫我辦退房，助長這種沒規沒矩的風氣很不好，不應是君悅這種大酒店的服務風範。
