「The hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area not close at all to any tourist attractions. There is also no public transportation in Penang. The room is okay, but every time I try to use hot water for showering or from the sink in the bathroom, I have to let the tap run for at least 10 minutes before the water becomes hot. "The hotel is nearly perfect! If there is a welcome drink, it will be more wonderful! The staffs are very friendly. The food street and the shopping malls are within 10 minutes walk! I must suggest my friends for this hotel! (But if you expect any extra, like gym room etc, sorry, no…)"
