"The never cleaned our room they gave us 2 towels and said we would have to exchange them and when we went to exchange them they wanted to charge us 3$ per towel per exchange "

"Elevator was broken when we arrived. They only had one. Had to climb to the 4th floor with luggage. Room was not super clean, moved an ottoman and there was all kinds of trash and food underneath. Pillows are horrible, might as well not even have them. Had to go buy our own pillows. "

"The pool & hot tub were clean. We really enjoyed them. Breakfast was a nice treat but nothing was refilled.....first come first served. Most fruit & muffins were gone befor 8am. I had to ask for coffee twice before actually having a cup. The coffee & Breakfast items were satisfactory. Overall, it was a nice experience. "
