「The room was clean and had plenty of towels. Staff was helpful and courteous upon checking in. Overall the accommodate were as advertised and conveniently close to highway in Bowling Green.」

「Bearly had hot water for showering, towels were laying on the bathroom floor when we walked in, light bulbs were burnt out in the room, could've used a couple more bath towels. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows were thin.」

「We have stayed here previously, during renovations and accepted construction noise. Stayed again and found used food box on our night stand and very moldy odor in non-smoking room. Room generally felt very unclean. Curtains torn from rods. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn. Would not recommend.」

「Nice property and location. Reason for a lower rating is it was loud, not the guests/people, the hotel itself. For example, the doors are so heavy they all sound like they’re slamming, upstairs “neighbors” footsteps were loud, even the fridge was making a weird buzzing sound. We were in a higher traffic room right by the door to outside/stairwell so it sounded like slamming doors all night. Just if anybody is very sensitive to noise, this may be a bigger negative for a longer stay.」

「I rarely give low ratings, HOWEVER……. Our room was not very clean, the property was not maintained, the office guy was rude, not helpful at all, and the worst part was the late night noise. Every room except ours on our side of the building, both upstairs and down, was apparently occupied by workers. They were congregated outside the room next to us, drinking and carrying on. (Our room was in the center of the building.) I called the office at 11:30pm and was told that he would go talk to them,...

「No complaints here. What l liked the most is one elderly staff woman that pointed out some discounts for me to use as a contractor. And overall this was one of the better motels l have been to.」
