"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."

"Very charming and cozy hotel. Beautiful views of Zermatt and the mountains. Within walking distance to the Main Street. Hotel service overall was amazing and they will pick you up from train station in their shuttle. Their breakfast is very good and we also had a fantastic dinner in the hotel restaurant which has many delicious options."
