「Great stay for a night while passing through the area」

「Everything is good, but the door of the room is hard to close」

「It looks like they tried to go the absolute cheapest route to "update" this hotel. No one ever answered the desk phone but would send an automated text while it was still ringing that also offered to help but was in fact useless. The deadbolt didn't work on the door & when asked to switch rooms the lady at the desk said oh well that the slide bar would be enough & that it wasnt her job to "fix things". She said something to the same effect when we couldn't get the TV to work. There was a huge...

「Great 2 days at PBR. Room was nice overlooking the Pass. Especially liked the perk of getting chair and umbrella complimentary!」

「Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Nice, friendly staff.」

「The room floor had our socks dirty and the bathroom had burn marks and it looked like there was an attempt to paint. Overall it was fine. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The breakfast was great both mornings we went. If it was warmer we would have loved to enjoy the pool. But perfect location for what we needed.」

「The room was an absolutely terrible, but the building overall was really rundown. The exterior doors were a jar with random people that looked homeless coming in and out as a single mom their vacationing with her kids I was not comfortable with how many people were walking in through the hotel that didn’t look like they were actually staying there. The balcony was really too small to enjoy, which was one of the biggest features that I got the hotel for it was nice that they had free parking and...

「There are many mosquitoes in the room, the hygiene is not very good, the equipment is old, the front desk service is good」

「The staff did not clean our room when we asked but did come to our room to bring towels.」

「The hanger in the bathroom is failure. But everything is fine especially the staff are nice and kind ready to help.」

「Great check-in experience friendly staff wonderful breakfast a r really great stay for the price especially.」

「Rooms are aged. Door jam for our room was missing a large piece. Understaffed so I waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar behind the lone desk clerk. This was a one time deal. Too pricey with the condition of the place. No real damage either from the recent hurricane.」
