「OK, place to stay if you have very low expectations. The staff was not helpful at all, offered to send my wife to Walmart to get quarters for their laundry room. TV remote did not work, TV was too small. The guy upfront was terrible who checked us in. Didn’t seem to know anything. For a family of four, there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. We ate at the Oak room as well and had terrible service there. Orders were wrong, we had to ask for more water after our glasses sat empty for...

「This stay was my second visit to this property. I will be back next time I need to stay in the area. Check in took a bit of time as there was a line in front of me but once I made it to the counter the staff was great, and they had my reservation on hand and provided me with a key in a few minutes. Room and bathroom was clean and TV, AC, and all other items worked as intended. The shower had HOT water and great pressure so that's a plus. I did not eat breakfast but it looked like typical hotel...
