"We called on our way to the hotel. Was informed we needed to be there before 7pm or we wouldn’t be able to check in instead of the 1030 check in on the booking info. We barely made it. The room looked stayed in and no toilet paper or toiletries. We had to go back out and find the usual hotel provided items in an small town that shuts down early. Just an awful experience.
