"Seascape hotel and townhouse was amazing. From day one, Shawnnette was very delightful and helpful getting us thru the checking process. The place is 5min walk from the beach or you can take the golf car by Daniel. Daniel was also amazing,.polity and always ready to assist us. If you have a family of 4.or 6, i recommend the townhouses which have a beautiful kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms and large livingroom. Note that eating out is expensive in Turks and Caicos, so having a full kitchen is a big plus. Overall, the services and the facility deserve an A++. Note: Mr. Grouper restaurant has the best food in the island and it's a 5min walk from the hotel (this is a big plus). The second best is the Bay Bistro which is by the beach."

"Clean and modern rooms. Hotel is located "center ice" for restaurants and shopping. Short convenient walk to beach, with hotel-reserved loungers and umbrellas, very helpful. Front desk very responsive and helpful. Room cleaning service was a bit inconsistent, but front desk responded quickly to resolve"
