"There was a very bad smell which the receptionist claims it is from the Neibor and they can’t do anything!!! There is no elevator for 3 story building. There was no paper towel in the room. The regular towel was ripped. There was no room service. "

"The property was great and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. We had an ocean front room but we could barely see the ocean plus we were on the first floor so we saw more green than anything. Would definitely go back but highly recommended a top floor with ocean view room. The other thing that would be great is if the property had some music a couple nights a week. There isn’t much to do in the evening besides dinner. Overall, we had a great stay!"

Only downside was the Lady Grace catamaran cruise didn't have enough supplies ( food) for the excursion . "
