We booked this room as a pit stop filling a late flight and a long drive home. £60 online through Expedia. Arrived just after 9pm and was given room key card, found room, pleasent enough; simple, basic. Just what we wanted. Found about half a dozen slithery looking bugs on the bathroom floor. Got into bed as exhausted and could hear the planes overhead quite clearly. Woke early the next morning and pulled the curtains back to find that the window was open half an inch and couldn't actually be locked closed in any of the handle positions. We left around 6am. The lock mechanism on the door didn't work either. Overall, a place to stick your head for the night but don't expect anything less than bare minimum from the room. On a positive, the staff member who checked us in was very lovely

I’ve already reviewed this Hotel any comments still stand except for the lady at the front desk was barking commands at me. It had been a long day and I was tired and felt rushed. It won’t stop me from booking again in December. I might even bark back.

May not be the most modern and trendy of places but it is conveniently located, clean and has all the facilities you could want for a short stay.

Lovely location: quiet and pastoral. Staff were all very nice and helpful. My TV did not work properly - there was no remote in my room, or I could not find it - not a big deal as it was only one night, but...

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it was clean, comfy and the staff could not do enough for us.
