Charming hotel where you are treated like family. Jose curated an amazing itinerary for us before we even arrived. From cozy wine tastings in front of the fire to made to order breakfast, the staff exceeded our expectations at every turn especially when my husband became ill. Their concern and care was so appreciated. Our visit to Mendoza was way too short, but we will definitely return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Amazing stay - great location, beautiful property and top-notch staff & service. Close proximity to all the best wineries and walking distance to town / many dining options. The hotel restaurant is also excellent, and the included breakfast was an awesome amenity. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful with any and all requests, including booking wineries and private drivers. Great value overall - we will definitely be returning.

We loved our stay at Lares de Chacras. I can't say enough about the amazing staff, food, and accommodations. Top notch all the way! The staff helped us in so many ways to improvise and modify and improve our plans and schedules. Every suggestion they gave us were excellent. The room and breakfasts were excellent and we ate at the restaurant one night and I highly recommend it as well.

Lares was one of the best places we have stayed in Argentina. For weeks before we arrived, they worked with us in setting up tastings. They were really great. The staff was so helpful. The owners congenial. Great place to stay! Highly recommend.

Excellent location close to a bike path where you can have a relaxed walk, run or ride in the morning. Driving to bodegas from this location is easy and within 30 minutes to the airport and attractions. I wish I could come back and stay here again. All the staff were super polite and delicate in their demeanor which made the stay super comfortable.

Fantastic experience ! You will not be disappointed. The staff is amazing and the place is so serene and gorgeous. Their breakfast was amazing! Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Even the pool and Jacuzzi was perfect! Example of exceptional service by the staff - helped us book for a permit while we were driving to Aconcagua ( we were not able to book via mobile site) + gave great suggestions for an amazing stay. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have made it 5 nights .. Will be back

Hidden Gem when visiting Mendoza

Perfect location when visiting Mendoza. Hotel is outside of the city, quiet location. Room was large with amenities (complimentary bottle of wine). Room had a small sitting area with direct access to pool and common garden - perfect to relax after visiting vineyards. As we visited wineries during the day, We were happy to have dinner at the hotel restaurant 3 nights in a row. Menu was fairly limited, however what was on the menu was delicious and perfect after wine tasting during the day. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are wonderful and were always helpful- organizing tours or going out of their way to have a coffee and small breakfast ready for us at 4:30 AM before we headed to the airport.

Such a beautiful boutique Hotel. Great breakfast each morning, and a wonderful dinner from the restaurant each night. Perhaps what stood out most was the great pre-trip support and communication. They helped arrange tours for us of some local wineries that were off the beaten path and also arranged a tour for us of Uco Valley. While I realize we were visiting during the off season, we were almost always the only two people visiting each winery, and so the wine tours felt private for us and specific to our tastes and desires. We were never on a tour bus or in a car/van with a big label on the side. That support and attention to detail that the staff provided for us made the experience unique and unforgettable! Thank you, Chacras de Coria!! We will be back.
