"I loved this hotel but the only reason for the 4 stars is the street noise kept waking me up. The room was great though otherwise and the staff, location, free parking in the heart of the plaza area, and the included breakfast was stellar."

"I would think twice before booking this place. Would you like clean towels? Would you like a well maintain hotel? Would you like friendly staff and management? Would you like your room clean daily if staying more than one night? If yes, then dont come here. You're not going to find that here. The hotel has not been maintained and not clean. They charge you for double tax, resort fees which should be used to clean and maintain the hotel. Especially considering how much you pay for the room. Staff was ok rude at times, management really didn't care. We stay here years ago when it was nice now just run down, rude staff and not that good food, service and atmosphere. "

"This hotel is “unbelievable”. Staff are super nice. And by that I mean it. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Room was great. And oh my goodness, the Kickback every night was out of this world. The drinks, three per person, made our nights and the food was great. Other hotels are not even in the same league."
