The cleanliness and sanitation across the entire resort were outstanding. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily without fail, and always stocked with Haile protein bars for two and bottled water. We were very pleased with both our room and the beautiful view it offered. Every staff member we interacted with was respectful, disciplined, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the airport at guests’ preferred times, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, our stay at Haile Grand was exceptional. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and great service"

"Very nice view over the city and is one of the best places to sit and watch the lights of Addis. The room was functional and the water in the shower was hot which is a very welcome thing. The room was a little noisy as the balcony door was not sound proof so the stray dogs barked all night and there was no way to reduce the sound. The room was clean and had lots of space. There is an amazing Spa in the building which is well-recommended."
