The room was also great, except several items were not working in the room. In spite of that, we got very good value and will definitely come back here again. The staff offer excellent service.」

「Reception staff are very well trained, but other supporting staff like IT & Maintenance are not so well prepared. Also housekeeping was sloppy. 」
