"The staff was super nice. However l, the location is in a very bad neighborhood. Once you arrive it’s difficult to find the hotel. I was however impressed with the cleanliness inside the hotel, nice receptionists who was very helpful. The shower had no shower head, it just spurts out water. Oh, the bed was hard, noisy inside and outside. For the price, you get what you pay for. Lastly, it takes the hot water at least 7 minutes to come on. "

"It's perfect if you're a foodie. There's so many restaurants literally outside in the hotel. Staff was great, but it is a nightlight little area, so be aware of the surrounding Party sounds"

"Clean and modern hotel, in a quiet and safe area of Bogota, half way between the airport and the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including arranging airport transfers or other travel, as well as an early check in after an overnight flight from Europe. There are some options for eating and drinking, both within the complex and within a few blocks walk, if you don’t want to head into the centre. If you want to visit the centre, it’s easy to summon an Uber to pick you up outside the hotel. Breakfast was great, with nice views and a good selection of options, including fresh fruit. "
"I booked this with low expectations because we just needed a spot for 6 hours between flights. It's a 15 minute drive from the airport and it's easy to get an UBER. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. This isn't a hotel though - when you go in it says "hostel". We did have our own room with our own bathroom so things worked out well. Upon arrival we had to buzz someone who came from another building to get us in and there was 3 flights of stairs to the family room we had booked. The bathroom is small but there was hot water and it was in our room despite seeing the hostel sign at the entrance. The staff were kind and someone even came at 3 a.m. to check the room before we checked out. There's a water cooler onsite in the lobby. You are by the airport and you will hear planes so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. "
