「Some dirt and stain on floor 」

「Had to argue with lady at front desk to give me key to room when I left hotel.....Ridiculous....would not stay here again.... why would Leave key to room with my luggage there....makes no sense for a Hotel...I understand a motel charing by the hour but not if you are paying for the entire night」

「El hotel es bonito pero hay detalles en limpieza que deberian cuidar,toallas rotas,control de tv super sucio,jarra de la habitación sucia, jabonera en la ducha super sucia,bordes ventanas llenas de polvo,importante que supervisora de ama de llaves chequee,la señal de la tv tiene mucho problema,las habitaciones deberian tener informacion del hotel del restaurante del menú . Gimnasio tambien le falta que limpien las maquinas la eliptica no funciona, actualizar la información en internet pues dicen...

「The staff was super nice. However l, the location is in a very bad neighborhood. Once you arrive it’s difficult to find the hotel. I was however impressed with the cleanliness inside the hotel, nice receptionists who was very helpful. The shower had no shower head, it just spurts out water. Oh, the bed was hard, noisy inside and outside. For the price, you get what you pay for. Lastly, it takes the hot water at least 7 minutes to come on. 」

「Good customer service,great location.But to noisy, It was a guy tslj over the phone from 1am to 3am and I was able to hear the whole conversation because he was using the speaker phone.No one from the office did any to keep him quiet. I called 3 tumes and he was eble to walk outside the rooms with this call.」
