"Customer service was terrible it seemed like they didn’t want to accommodate us the customers had attitudes except one young man his name was Owen he was helpful but the other two were terrible need to go back to customer service school or fix there attitude wouldn’t recommend this place even my worst friend"

"This hotel is conveniently located near Little Italy and the Gaslamp Quarter. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are well-maintained. "

"They put me in a room right by the elevators which made my stay very loud. The toilet in the room just kept running all day and night adding even more noise. The light in the bathroom was damaged and very dim. The closet is located inside the bathroom (which is odd) and the door just stuck out and would not close properly. But it is very convenient and located next to everything with an amazing view. "

"Hotel appears to be clean , but if look at the windows or behind anything you can see that it is misleading. We had to schedule room service and they still did not come. Rooms are extremely small."

"Just a nice quiet comfy night even though near freeways. Not fancy but modern & clean. A lot of bed pillows too! The young man at front desk was very nice too 👍"

"Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool. Great to sit poolside and enjoy the music and firepits. Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Great location to walk around the Gaslamp district and go to a ballgame."
