"Beautiful city view, sorry don't know if I could see the ocean. I was on business and left the room early in the morning and returned late at night. The bed, the bedding, the bathroom and kitchen were all really great! Room had everything I needed and more, like a washer/dryer combo. Only negative thing was the lighting in the room. During the day it bright and well lit from the windows, at night there was no light at the desk, lighting in the living room was fair but the bedroom lighting was horrible, had to use my cellphone flashlight to see into my suitcase that was in the closet. Hotel needs to work a little on their lobby, it's the middle of March and dying poinsettia were the decor or choice!! I would definitely return, this hotel is excellent value for the room rate!"

"Great view on the 24th floor, mountain view. Friendly staff, especially cleaning staff (Marilyn). Would have appreciated more shower pressure but all in all a great stay."

"Great location, we walked to everywhere we wanted to go, even Stanley Park was only about 40 minutes walk away & downtown, Gas Town were easily accessible. We also walked to Granville Island over the bridge! Staff were helpful with maps, discount vouchers etc! Coffee was great from their cafe & cooking facilities in the room were fine too! It was useful having a fridge to have bits for breakfast to start your day! Our room had loads of space for a table, sofa & large bed & the bathroom was fine."

"We stayed here while visiting Vancouver. Our room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The free, secured parking was a huge plus and something we really appreciated. The only downside was that the walls are quite thin and you can hear almost everything going on in neighboring rooms and the hallway. We were planning to be up at 6 a.m., so it wasn’t a huge issue for us. However, if you have young kids or are hoping to sleep in, it may be something to keep in mind before booking. Overall, we did enjoy our stay."

"An excellent location especially if attending an event at either Rogers Arena or BC Place. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms could use an update but they're clean."
