「Everything was ok. Only complaint was with staff member Darleen or Darlene. She was very rude smart and distasteful. She was just all out disrespectful. This coming from someone whose job is to be helpful serving as first contact with the hotel was not good at all. Management should really take a closer look at her. Maybe even consider there options with her. She has to have multiple complaints against her. Other than dealing with unruly front desk clerk all other staff and aspects were good to...

「Everything was just ok. There was an issue with the elevator door. It worked but was slow to open and made strange sounds. We took the stairs most of the time. Breakfast was good- pretty typical. I don’t think we would stop here again. 」
