"I made the reservation within an hour before arrival. When I got there I asked for 1st flr. because I had a stoke and still recovering. Check in said the room I reserved was on the 2nd and 3rd flrs. She seen I was disabled and gave me a courtesy upgrade to the first floor room. All of the staff were kind and helpful during my 2 days. Would recommend. "

"Everything was pretty good. We had chosen this particular hotel, because it was close to the venue which was our destination and it had a pool. When we got there, we found that it did not have a working pool. That was a bummer."
