We were not expecting much from this property but we had no idea it was under renovation, and under managed. The room was not fully finished. No plug in the basin; no ice machine. Our friend's initial room was unmade. We wanted a room off the main road but that was not available, despite motel not fully booked. All in all VERY disappointing. Suggest you try La Quinta.

Horrible experience. The sheets in our room were brown and visibly stained. When we requested clean ones, the replacements were also stained—with what appeared to be blood and other marks. There was a hole in the wall beneath the shower head, and the flooring was in very poor condition. The front desk staff were also disappointing. One employee appeared unprofessional. One with no bra on and another became noticeably irritated each time I showed them pictures of the bedding and asked for clean bedding. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were far below acceptable standards. I would not stay here again.

They were doing some remodeling so they did not do breakfast. The room had a funny smell that I could not place. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. My bed was comfortable and the motel is close to shopping and good restaurants.

Cozy Inn is falling apart. Breakfast was blah. We stayed in a queen bed/sofa bed because the place was “under construction” which we didn’t see but that’s what we were told over the phone. The sofa bed was disgusting. Stains all over. Someone needs to give them a good clean/wash the cushion covers. Room wasn’t even swept. Definitely choose something else in Centralia. The people rating this hotel as GOOD must be the crackheads staying there because that place is not a good stay.

Pool wasn't open when advertised there was a pool. When looking at 2 different rooms there was trash left in each room and in 1 room there appeared to be a blood stain on 1 cushion on the sofa bed. Finally, the 3rd room was sufficient. The Continental breakfast was decent, but there should have been boiled eggs available. The 2 hand sanitizers (1 in the lobby & other one was in the breakfast area) were empty and they should've both been filled up.

The hotel served the purpose. I needed some where inexpensive to sleep for a bit. It's under new management. I hope they use the pet deposit to fix the trashed bathroom moulding and doors from a dog staying there. The toilet and shower were clean. The faucet was loose but still worked. The bed was clean and comfortable. The heat system was a bit odd. But for the price it provided a clean place to sleep. So Ok, all in all.
