「The staff, cleanliness, good food and experience were excellent. Our room was good sized, had features very helpful to us. We had our son and his family with us in another room. The support to the toddler and one year old was perfect. Thank you to the employees and owners. We appreciated the professionalism and cheerfulness.」

「Looks like it's probably a family run motel. Person in the front office was very polite and friendly. They gave me a nice room. I think all the rooms have nice lake views. The room was dated , but it was clean and in order and could repair. I thought this was a very good value.」

「Reserved two rooms for two days and at check in the office door was locked. Had to call to get somebody there. Room was clean and spacious. The following day we left to enjoy the mid day with family and when we returned, our room keys wouldn't work. Went to the office and was told by a maid that we would have to wait for a manager to get keys remade. So they expected us to disrupt our plans for the remainder of the day in order to get new keys. We chose to just get new keys when we finished...

「I only stayed one night and overall it was OK, but wow a little TLC in the room would make a HUGE difference. As an avid home-maintenance person, I was shocked at the lack of basic care in the room I had. Sorry but I notice these things. You get what you pay for, and although the room served the purpose, I have a hard time recommending to others.」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」
