「Had a concert up in Seattle over the weekend, but I foolishly waited last minute to find somewhere to stay. I almost resolved to driving home (many hours away) which likely would’ve ended up with me off in a ditch on the side of the road somewhere. 「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」
