「The pool and adjacent garden area were impressive and certainly one of the high points of the visit.The room had good AC and a nice little balcony however, for the daily rate, a small fridge and bed side lamp would have improved the experience. The location is good too given its close proximity to the beach in the centre of Zicatela. 」

「I stayed at Notto for my birthday on February 13, and my experience was positive at first. The room and stay itself were good, but unfortunately everything went downhill when I checked out. I was told there would be a 4,000 peso hold on my card for incidentals. Instead of placing a hold, they actually charged my card. It has now been almost three weeks, and the hotel has still not been able to reverse the charge. What’s even more concerning is that they asked me to send my bank account...
