「What made our stay pleasant was Kellie. She is pleasant, helpful, and mindful. When I called, she took time to answer my question. When we had an issue with the room, she fixed it right away. The hotel is outdated but it met our needs. The furniture in the room is old. The room smelled musty but bearable. The bed is good and we had a good night sleep.」

「The hotel overall was very good. It is very new and rooms were super clean. Staff were very cordial, responsive and helpful. For example, I needed a pressing iron and they provided it for me. The improvement areas are the breakfast. some items were very salty. They should improve protein variety for the breakfast」

「Convenient location at the intersection US 395 and interstate 90 in Ritzville was just what I needed. Friendly staff clean rooms. If there was a negative it’s right by the interstate and you get some highway noise, but that can’t be avoided with the location.」
