「I require an ADA room and the check-in staff went above and beyond getting me into the correct room. However the following day (as I was extending) the older Indian manager increased the room rate saying it was due the ADA equipment. Rather than relocate I paid the increased rate. Lots of deferred maintenance here as well.」

「The property is well-maintained with plenty of yard games to keep the kids entertained. The pool is clean, heated, and there are several grills right alongside it — great for barbecuing while you swim. We travel with our dog, and this place goes above and beyond for pet owners — they even provide a goodie bag for pets at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. Location-wise, it's very convenient if you're visiting the Lake Chelan area. Staff members Heather and Matt were extremely helpful...

「It was cheap and I can see why now. We entered the room and it smelled like someone had died there and they'd heavily disinfected the room. We sat there for 5 mins before we decided to book into the coast opposite. We left without saying goodbye.」
