"The desk chair (Room 200) was deplorable. The covering was totally worn and a bed pillow was used in an attempt to cover/hide it. The chair’s appearance totally detracted from the appearance of an otherwise attractive room. "

That was very disappointing and I thought the pool area looked a little downtrodden...The rest of the hotel was lovely. People were very accommodating. "

"Loved the quirkiness of the property. Everything was pink. Our room was decorated as a Freda room. We came to Richmond to see the Freda exhibit. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom: the stopper in the sink would not let the water drain & you had to jiggle the toilet to get the water to stop."
