「Check in was quick, valet made parking easy and the property was perfectly located. Room was as described, would definitely stay here again.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Reserve. Shawn was very accommodating & helpful with any questions I might of had with quick reply. The loft is spacious. We were a party of 3 without any difficulty. Only negative is one bathroom but wasn't a big deal. It does have a spacious shower and bathtub combo. Most definitely will book again if we travel back to Nashville.」

「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」
