"Amazing hotel in prime location with easy access to the marina area. Stayed a few times and it never disappoints. Staff cannot do enough to help and are always around. My only advise is to pay extra for a marina view room (views at night are amazing) over and above the city view where views may be limited. "

"Loved the power of their airconditioner 😊. The big downer in Singapore is the hot weather and going home to a hotel that's so cool even at the lobby is a big relief. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and super comfy. The location, although far from the attractions isn't so bad as Singapore has a great transportation infrastructure and you can go anywhere on the island with minimal hassle. Highly recommended"

"Although the property is a bit vintage, the staff makes up in service. During our stay, we had an initial issue with the air conditioner and a desk lamp. After contacting service on several occasions, the problem continued. However after contacting the manager Ms. Valerie, she went out of her ways to solve to the problem by offering to upgrade to a better room. I would like to thanks her solving the issue. Kudos to her for her involvement."

"They checked us in early free of charge. Room was very clean. Hotel is right next to metro station. Pool is big and clean."

"It is good that it has half day early check in policy. Staff are helpful and polite I am assigned at high floor but the water coming from shower head is too weak for bathing. "
