「Good location on river」

「Where to begin?? Everyone was efficient and super helpful. From check in to pool staff. We were on the 20th floor and had club lounge access. The amenities and quality of food and drink available were excellent. Breakfast was vast and very tasty, literally everything you could think of was on the menu and it catered for all nationalities It had just been my husband’s 60th birthday and Yin Yin who was the customer relations officer had found out. 「Quite disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay, and it was only made known to us a few days before our trip. To be fair, hotel did offer alternative swimming facility in a nearby hotel but it would not be convenient to us.」

「Great gym and Padel courts」

「Excellent stay. Not too far from MRT.」

「Service is excellence 」

「The overall experience is quite good. The room is clean and comfortable. The subway and lots of resteraunts are nearby and could be reached by foot. The only downside is the location is closing to street and sometimes there is noise from cars or people passing by. It might be bothersome if you have trouble in sleep but luckily I am quite easy to fall in sleep. 」

「Nice pool, and very close to a few MRT stations providing service to different lines. Everything is great, neat and tidy.」
