It was super convenient being close to MOA and having a restaurant in the hotel but the hotel had an event going on which made it difficult to get dinner. Besides being close to the Mall, easy parking and clean that would be the only reason to stay again. We might find something a little more family friendly the next time we stay in the cities. "

"The valet parking was very helpful as was the bellman. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, very good variety. Also being shuttled to the concert was a plus. "

"Clean hotel and casino but I’ve never met so many rude employees in my life. First, my husband bought a coffee from Caribou and they made other peoples drink but completely forgot about him. They said that he didn’t buy anything when he had a receipt. Next, the waitress at the restaurant we went to was very short and rude to my whole family. We didn’t matter to her and that was apparent. We asked another waitress for the necessities like napkins and silverware and without asking if we needed anything else, she walked away very quickly and didn’t stop back. Lastly, at the front desk, when we were trying to check out, my husband was standing in line at the counter and a man behind the desk rudely shouted “leave your hotel key on the desk and have a nice day”. Not to mention, comic bingo was fun but the music was too loud and the man spoke too quiet and too fast. Mind you, this was my birthday weekend and we had a good time but I don’t think we will be going back. "
