「房卡無功能, 花了50分鐘無法解決, 只好換房間了事. 但處理過程中櫃台人員態度及其經理心態很差. 因為他 們認為我不會用. 期間我來回跑了3次櫃台. 他們才肯過來處理.」

「Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet, clean and safe. Every year I will come here to stay several days, because my daughter is studying in the near high school. This is a good choice for me to stay here.」

「Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. 」

「To avoid checking in at midnight, we needed early check-in. All great with check in and I forgot my printed tix to go to Big E AND Train concert. Santori (sp?) helped with all and set us up beautifully. Thanks for everything Great location and wonderful service--all the rest good as one expects- clean, a breakfast that meet the needs of lo carbers and syrup lovers alike, endless coffee, etc, etc. All with nice smiles and care. Good spot!」
