"Clean, comfortable, and well maintained property. Only thing was for a Saturday morning they were out of milk by 7:45AM. A lot of kids in the lobby requesting it. Stayed here multiple times and will continue to be our #1 choice. "

Didn't realize there were two buildings and we were in the building without breakfast or a pool or vending machines, which would be fine to walk to the other building in nice weather, less than ideal in a blizzard. Wifi was excellent. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff was nice. The building we were in (The Cottages) had 1 working treadmill for the exercise room so maybe some weights or a small machine would be a nice addition. Overall clean. Would recommend and would stay again! "

"We arrived 15 minutes before the official check in time and staff refused to check us in. A person from the office came out and contacted housekeeping and found us a room after all. Our sink backed up while we were at tje concert. Front desk staff would only hive my daughter one water and said that was all she could get. I went and asked for water and was able to ask for three bottles. Overall a disappointing experience."
