「We chose to pay at the property with cash and had to put a cash deposit(refundable) with what we paid for the room. But I dont remember seeing or reading that there would be a "cash deposit" for a "cash transaction" on the website. When I asked what the deposit was for the lady was a little snippy and stated it would be for any damages found. We are old so highly unlikley we would create any damages! When checking out there was no one at the desk so we had to check out with the "kiosk...

「Staff greeted us well and were friendly toward pets. Easy check-in, and quiet atmosphere. Room was clean. Breakfast bar was nothing to boast about. Few guests made it difficult to be prepared for those who did want a hot breakfast. Perhaps management could consider offering a pre-order card to guests when volume is so low in order to prepare what is appropriate.」

「Facility was clean, staff was great. I had an issue with the hair dryer in my room not working, and a staff member went out of her way to find another one for me. I appreciated that! The pool looked cloudy so I didn't swim so that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, great stay.」
