「Durante la madrugada se fue la electricidad en el hotel y nadie nos informó lo que estaba sucediendo. Debido a la falta de luz no pudimos bañarnos, ya que el baño estaba completamente oscuro. Tampoco había aire acondicionado, por lo que hacía mucho calor. Además, no pudimos desayunar y no había servicio de internet ni línea telefónica. Expedia se comunicó con el hotel y nos informó que alguien se pondría en contacto con nosotros en la habitación, pero nunca llegó nadie. Al momento del check-out...

「The room was clean and tidy, although the facilities were a bit dated. The location is excellent—it's very close to Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seal viewing area. The hotel is right across from the ocean, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a good experience.」
