「Shower runs super slow」

「I stayed in a downstairs room, king bed (very comfortable) The shower was very big and adjustable shower head. The outdoor pool was clean but to cold to swim in the afternoon. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage links, country potatoes and French toast sticks. 4 different juices to choose from. Breads and muffins. Coffee. All very tasty」

「I ask for a quiet king room. Received an email from the property that they had me on a king room that was quiet. When I checked I mentioned the request and confirmation that, yes, I was assigned a quiet room. The room 431 faces the freeway, which you could hear all night. If your staff does not understand request and once they answers request has to granted. You either have poorly trained staff or staff that just not care about quality service. 「The hotel is very clean, beautiful restaurants and classy environment, security throughout the hotel and casino. I felt very safe and relaxed while staying here. People are very nice. The gift shop is going through a full makeover and overhaul where they will be updating merchandise and souvenirs to purchase-it was limited while there but still very helpful and friendly.
