「**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.」
「I was able to book at the last minute. I was headed to the winery to see a show. I got a lot more than what I expected for what I paid. The room was really nice! The hotel is so conveniently located straight off the 101. It’s a quick Uber ride downtown as well as to Vina Robles. 」
「Everything about our stay was wonderful. A great value for the money. My only complaint, or rather suggestion, would be a better variety of breakfast foods to select from. Other than that, no complaints.」
