「We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. 」

"Good stop during our road trip to San Francisco from LA. Love their marshmallows roasting experience. The only thing is they put us into rooms in separate blocks which was inconvenient. Make sure you remark nearby rooms if you are traveling as a family. "
