"I found myself at the La Quinta downtown Constitutionally driven to be close to the State Capitol of Texas!! During the No Kings protests the alien protestors were protesting in peace!! That is a reflection of the Great State of Texas and our Beautiful State Constitution and Citizens!!! The La Quinta has a little dapper look however the amenities are A+. I was quite impressed with the breakfast the hotel has prepared every morning. The coffee is on point in the lobby all day long!! If you have business at the Capitol and the surrounding government buildings, considering you like to save a penny, the La Quinta location is the spot!! Enjoy your trip to Downtown Austin TX!! "Clean room. Helpful Front Desk. Good Breakfast. We only had one issue -- we were staying in a room overlooking the lobby. Two guys came back to the hotel at 2:30 AM and carried on a loud conversation until around 3:00 AM. It would start up and then die down and then start back up. Happily, as I was getting ready to go down to ask them lower their voices, they apparently went to their rooms or left. They were not yelling -- just talking very loudly, and I think that our room position made it worse, so beware if you have an "_01" number. Otherwise, it was a perfectly good stay. "
