"I was only there one night. I arrived at 2:00 pm and was told check in was at 3:00 pm and no rooms were ready. I stay at hotels often and understand rules, or should I stay guidelines. I most often check in early if rooms are available. I walked the halls and so no cleaning staff carts on the first floor. After watch many guests enter and ask to chek in only to be told the same as I. Miraculaiously at 3:oo sharps all the rooms became available. I enjoyed my stay but I wont be back. Not because of the hotel itself, but because of the staff blatantly lying to guests because they cant determine when rooms are acctualy avalible. "

"The hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. The location was amazing. Breakfast was fresh. The front desk staff very polite and friendly. "

"There is construction next to the hotel that starts at 6:30 am which when you arrive from Los Angeles means is 3:30 am. Had to sleep both morning on the cold marble floor in the bathroom and the hotel made no gestures after many complaints. The worst experience. Not good to stay at all and definitely for that money ! "

"Property smells like old grease and burned French fries. Took them 2 days to realize and do anything about the broken ice machine on the 7th floor even though the carpet was soaking wet and the staff was walking on it"

"I paid for a casita suite which I thought would’ve been better than a regular room. It was average not very clean. The water in the shower took forever to warm up. Our sink broke and the water would not stop running. We had to get then to just turn the water off to that sink. Luckily there was another. "
