「Property was beautiful, front desk staff was friendly and professional, room was very clean and comfortable, location was great for our next day departure from TIA. Disappointed that sauna was not working. Bar and restaurant staff were less than friendly and told us we could not order room service (even though front desk said of course we could). The hotel was hosting a birthday party in the pool area and the f&b staff claimed to be too busy to help us. Difficult to believe that a hotel of this...

「Hôtel luxueux situé sur les hauteurs de Tirana, au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, literie de bonne qualité, salle de bain magnifique avec sa faïence décorée. Il y a une très belle piscine extérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée), et le prix défit toute concurrence. Nous repartions le lendemain matin a 4h30 pour reprendre l'avion, et nous avons été agréablement surprises de trouver un petit mot très gentil pour nous sur le comptoir.
