「Rerented our room. Had to sleep in the car. Told us to request a refund only to deny said request. It was due to a late check in but their front desk was unreachable. Apparently they don’t get a lot of business because the weekend everything was sold out, they took advantage and were greedy. Very unprofessional.」

You can tell the pipeliners have used and abused it. My room had staples in the walls and ceilings from blocking the room off with plastic, probably from a previous leak. 「Our stay at Tru by Hilton Lake Charles was such a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Great parking space and convenient. It made our anniversary getaway even more comfortable and enjoyable while we soaked in that beautiful bayou view. I definitely recommend this location and don’t always go by negative reviews, pray about it and see for yourself.」
