Baby roaches all in the room. Good customer service. The washers and dryers don’t work. I didn’t go to the pool. Sheets and covers can be brought to front to be changed due to lack of working washers and dryers. Otherwise decent for single or quick stop, not family ideal.

On check-in, the staff informed me unapologetically that my deposit would have to be retrieved in person before I departed, or it would be forfeited. The room was stereotypical for a Hollywood trashy, motel, complete with a refrigerator that was tilted, stains on the ceiling, a TV that was completely canted from its base and roaches. (counted three). I was compelled to sleep between the bed cover and the blanket, as I was not confident there would not be bedbugs. The only thing I can say positive about the room was that it did not have a smell, though I was surprised by that from its appearance. Do not stay at this hotel.

The floor was filthy and sticky, there were toenail clippings on the nightstand, and black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I was in the room just long enough to use their WiFi to book another hotel

I got to the OYO in Sulphur,La. On July 30th and was told that there was no rooms available. I said I had a reservation and the clerk was rude in the way she spoke to me and told me she needed to see the address. I pulled the up the Email up on my phone and she was on the phone with someone speaking in her native tongue and I had to wait to show her the email with the address and the confirmation that I had she said the only room she had was a room with four beds and she could let me have that one and I told her no, I went and got another place to stay. I will not be reserving any more rooms at this establishment.
