A really nice extended stay with nice people that not only work there but the guys from out of town working. The only downfall were the beds, the beds...they were very uncomfortable but I still rage the hotel 5 stars

Great Service, but Everything Else Needs Work

The service was amazing while we were there. But the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The tub was so filthy I had to go and buy cleaning items to scrub and clean the tub myself

The property is ok, the rooms are ok, the rooms smells like onions and steak which is horrible to me (room 221). The a/c works really good, we didn't have a blanket so I was struggling a little, the room is pretty basic. No breakfast. I think we paid too much for it, we travel a lot and this is not a place i want to come back. The night staff was super nice. The hotel could do better.

First off, when we arrived the young lady behind the desk seemed upset. She didn’t great us or even smile once. The hotel smelled moldy. The room was nice. But the bathroom had hair in the sink and shower. The water in the shower would not get hot. We had to run it for ten minutes just to get warm water. We could hear people talking from both rooms next to us. Between that and a fib barking all night, it was hard to sleep. All in all, I would say to avoid this place at all cost. It’s cheap for a reason. The hair in the sink and shower did it for me. That shows the rooms are not being cleaned. The sheets were gray. We went to the store and got clean linens.

Don’t waste your money big disappointment!!

It has went down tremendously in the past year. I was there last year around this same time and it was so clean and comfortable, friendly staff and now it has none of that when you enter the front doors they’re so dirty you wouldn’t want to touch them there’s a smell of ammonia and urine Throughout the whole hotel I don’t use hotel towels, but there’s rest stained. The bed covers were stained. The walls were stained with something that looked like semen. It was just ridiculous. The girl working in the front desk said they were on the new management which was independently owned so if the owner gets this, you need to look into cleaning up thenroom service was only once every two weeks. It’s an all male staff who doesn’t take out trash or take your dirty linens. You have to do that on yourself.
