「The room rent was value for money. There was no staff at the reception during my entire stay, checking in was pretty tedious. They send a code in the email. No reply to calls or messages. Breakfast was good」

「This hotel is really nice, way better than I expected. The rooms are a bit old, but extremely clean and tidy. The service here is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. She gave me great travel tips, and even walked me to the room to explain everything in detail. She was warm and attentive the whole time, and helped me a lot. This is honestly the best hotel service I’ve ever had. 「Basically it's a great experience for my travel. The location is perfect if you have planned to go to Capilano Suspension Bridge or nearby attractions such as Capilano River Hatchery. And it's convenient for reaching South Vancouver downtown (~ 15 mins).」

「Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. 「The property was very clean and always smelled good. They were very accommodating and responded quickly to our request/questions. Only thing is we stayed 5 nights and the trash cans for the unit were so tiny. But over all we loved it. Its a beautiful placed nestled in the worst area of Canada.」
